ファッショニスタの英キャサリン妃がアニメキャラ似のワンピで登場

この日のファッションはEponine のグリーンのワンピに黒のショートブーツ。いつもボディにフィットしたデザインの洋服を着用することの多いキャサリン妃にしては、ストンとしたシルエットは珍しいチョイスです。

The Duchess wore a pretty new green dress with some trendy new boots for today’s primary school engagements. The Eponine London dress is a custom version of the Spring/Summer 18 bright pink dress. The mod-inspired dress is made from wool bouclé and features a shift silhouette with two pockets. It is available in many different colours for a bespoke order. Eponine London is known for its 50s and 60s-inspired silhouettes, which Kate has worn several times before over the years. As for Kate’s new boots, they are the LK Bennett ‘Marissa Black Suede Bootie’, which sold for $346.50 / £199, down from $495 / £295 (now sold out). They are described: “Our Marissa boot is a lace-up design crafted from super-soft suede. This classic style features four eyelet lacing, an almond shape toe and a high block heel. Marissa is the perfect boot for dressing up the simplest of winter looks.” The Duchess accessorised with her Mulberry Bayswater clutch and her Kiki McDonough ‘Lauren Pave Diamond Leaf Earrings in Yellow Gold’, which are £2,200. ————— We will see The Duchess again on Sunday (10th) at the BAFTAs, as well as the following Wednesday (13th) for the 100 Women in Finance's Philanthropic Initiatives gala. The palace also announced today that The Duchess will attend The Royal Foundation’s ‘Mental Health in Education’ conference next Wednesday 13th.

デザインのアクセントになっているボタンが目のようにも見えるこのワンピ。アニメのキャラクター「Evil Pea」のようだと話題に。
確かに三角の目とグリーンの色味から、似ているといえば似ている?　ちなみにこのワンピのお値段は£2,100（約299,000円）だそうです。
